Free massages and ladies pamper party

Phew, what a busy few months!! I'm very please to say that the Hastings Lets Do Business was just as enjoyable as the Eastbourne one in the summer. In addition to these I've been getting out and about in the community offering free head massages around Sussex. I'm currently arranging more venues to visit over the Christmas and New year period. A full list of venues will be posted here on my blog shortly.

I'm also very excited about my ladies pamper party this monday evening at Centenary House, Bexhill. I've teamed up with the fabulous reflexologist Lizzy, and we are offering Indian Head Massages, reflexology and guided relaxation throughout the evening. Lets Do Business Exhibition - 25 June 2008

Just a quick thank you to all the visitors to the Lets Do Business exhibition in Eastbourne. The Indian Head massages that I offered throughout the day were a big success.

Free Hypnotherapy Workshops!

Come and find out about Hypnosis and what it can do for you! This is a free 2 1/2 hour workshop to introduce Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy to you.

I will explain about Hypnosis, answer your questions and give you a change experience how relaxing hypnosis can be. You'll leave the workshop feeling refreshed, chilled out and completely pampered! Places are limited so book quickly. Remember to bring your friends along!
